Mexican food is not something that is predominant in South Africa, therefore they do not sell such foods, but its is something we all love to eat...so what do we do?
Make our own tortillas, this is just part of the fun of living in another country.
Another fun thing that has been happening often is load shedding. This is when South Africa turns off your power at random unexpected times during the day, because there is a shortage in power for the whole country. So here we are again eating cold cut sandwiches....
